Orders over $75 will be shipped via USPS Priority.

Orders over $250 will be shippped via UPS Ground.

International policy has not changed. You pay exactly what we are charged. (You will be notified of options after your order is received, and you may choose best option for you.)

We put every effort into making sure your order is shipped in a timely manner. Please allow ample time for mailing services.

We encourage you to place your orders early. If you have any special intructions, please feel free to add them to the
appropriate field or give us a call as soon as you have your order number.

United States Postal Service (USPS)

Priority Mail Service - Typically arrives in 2 to 3 days business days.

Express Mail Service - Arrives 1 to 2 days in metro areas and 3 days to outlying areas. ($16.25)

United Parcel Service (UPS)

These figures are approximate and based on after your order is packaged . We strive to ship all packages as soon as we get the orders but sometimes, due to the volume of orders, your order might be delayed 2 to 3 days after receipt.

Ground - arrives in 2 to 11 days depending on location. ($ 12.99)

UPS Orange - 3 Day Service. ($ 14.99)

UPS Blue - 2 Day Service. ($19.99)

UPS Red - Next Day Service. ($25.99 by 12pm)

UPS Red Saver - by 4:30PM ($24.99)

Saturday Delivery add another $10.00 to shipping costs.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

For shipping to international addresses, you are charged exactly what it would cost us.  Most packages will ship via USPS Global unless other arrangements need to be made, at which time you will be notified as such.

BACKORDERS: We will do backorders on certain items if we feel we can ship the items out within a reasonable amount of time. We will try to email you when you have a backorder, or you will see the notification when you receive your order. All backorders ship First Class Mail. If you wish to cancel your backorder, it's your responsibility to inform us of that. Please supply the original order number and item lookup code to do so.

RETURNS: At iBEADS we want you to be happy with your order. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible. There will be a 15% restocking fee for any returns. Returns must be made within 30 days and in their original packing and condition. You must get an RMA number and fax in the RMA request form and invoice prior to shipping merchandise back. You must have an RMA number prior to shipping any merchandise back. All packages without this number will be refused. Clearance items are not returnable. Sales are Final. Shipping is non refundable.

Returns and Corrections
Do not discard your invoice! Request an RMA number.  After receiving this number, you may ship your package back.  Please enclose forms with the merchandise you wish to return. Keep a photocopy of your invoice for your records.

1. Pack the item in a sturdy carton (the original, if possible) and seal with strong tape. RMA number must be on outside of package in BOLD. Twitter Beads is not responsible for any merchandise returned in a non-padded envelope or otherwise inadequately packaged.

2. Mark your package clearly: Twitter Beads Returns, 7032 W. Waters Avenue. Tampa,FL 33634, USA. RMA # ___________ .

3. For your protection, ship all returns prepaid and insured. We will refund your postage when appropriate or if we made a mistake. In all other cases you are responsible for any shipping cost.

4. If you require a replacement before the return is received, please email sales@twitterbeads.com. Your replacement and your return may cross in the mail. You will pay for the replacement merchandise and credit will applied after complying with above criteria.

5. Returns and exchanges approved by us but not our fault will automatically carry a minimal shipping charge for returning merchandise to the customer. We are not responsible for any shipping expenses incurred in you getting the product back to us.

Broken Packages
Items sold in minimum quantity packages must be returned complete. We charge a broken package fee of $5 or 10%, whichever is higher, on packages returned with less than the quantity on the original invoice.

WHOLESALE PRICING & Tax Exemption: All products on our website are included in our wholesale pricing program. (If we are shipping in the State of Florida you are required to fax a copy of your tax certificate) Please fax it to 813-882-4651.  We must have a hard copy of this in our hands, or you will be charged for the tax(no exceptions) It's your responsibility to get this form to us. And, once billed for taxes we cannot refund them.
